Samir Tuma

Samir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kila Properties. He is responsible for all aspects of this real estate development firm which specializes in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of hotels and workforce housing in North Lake Tahoe. Additionally, Samir sits on the Board for the Tahoe Housing Hub and the North Tahoe Community Alliance. He previously worked at several startups, as an attorney in private practice and as a planning commissioner.

Samir believes strongly in working at the intersection of non-profits, government and the private sector to effectuate meaningful change in the community.
