Jenny Molinelli
SVP of People and Operations, Ridgeline
As a member of Ridgeline’s executive team, Jenny Molinelli has been instrumental in growing the company to over 450 employees, with nearly 200 based in Northern Nevada, since joining nearly six years ago. She oversees People & Operations, including HR & Workplace, Talent Acquisition, Program Management, and Technical Documentation & Learning. In this role, she ensures Ridgeline’s strategic goals align with its operational capabilities, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and company performance. Before Ridgeline, Jenny was a Director at Facebook (now Meta), leading workforce operations and learning programs for technical teams. Her experience also includes operations roles at Dell and Schreiber Foods. She holds an MBA in Supply Chain from Penn State and a BA in Engineering from Lafayette College. Ridgeline was founded by Dave Duffield, the founder of PeopleSoft and Workday, who also serves as Chairman of the Board. Ridgeline is focused on disrupting the investment management industry by developing a comprehensive cloud platform designed to meet the diverse needs of investment management firms.
