Jean Diaz

Jean Diaz, executive director, brings to the Saint Joseph Community Land Trust a distinguished background in public/private real estate development, finance and non-profit involvement and leadership. While in New York he was on the Ossining School District Audit Committee and the Town of Ossining Finance Advisory ComWhile with Orange County’s Department of Real Property Services, Jean developed an expertise in real estate acquisition and property management with a focus on leasehold development and management. Jean has also had an award-winning career in public and corporate finance with Citigroup in New York. In public finance he provided bond financing for state and local governments including state, municipal, housing and other special authority and school district issuers Jean is a 2023 recipient of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agencies’ Spirit of the Lake Award. He obtained his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Public Administration and BA from California State University, Fullerton.
